Personal information submitted to the ACOH 2023 is only used for managing of the members' activities, such as listing attendances to the ACOH 2023, e-mailing and sending the conference materials to them through the website. Personal information submitted to the ACOH 2023 is handled appropriately within the scope of the purpose of use and will not be disclosed to any third party unless specifically required by law.

The Items of Required Personal Information

Members of the ACOH 2023 are divided into Korean Members and Overseas Members.
- Name, Title, Affiliation, Country, ID (e-mail), Password

Possession and Usage Period

While receiving services provided by the ACOH 2023, your personal information will be retained and used by the ACOH 2023 only.
If requested for withdrawal, your personal information will be deleted at the same time of the membership withdrawal.
