Registration fee for regular participant include;

• admission to all scientific sessions except for the Pre-congress Workshop on November 22, 2023

• registration package

• lunches and tea breaks for during the congress (Nov. 23-25, 2023)

• welcome reception

• congress dinner

Registration will be acknowledged by e-mail within minutes after submitting the online form. However, registration forms not accompanied by the appropriate payment will not be honored until full payment is received.

By Credit Card

VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, and UnionPay are the only credit cards accepted. Please enter all relevant information on the registration form. It is also imperative that the name of the credit card holder is clearly stated if it differs from the name of the registrant. Please note that your monthly credit card statement will indicate your payment made to Eximbay or Toss Payments.

By Wire Transfer

Bank transfer must clearly state the name of the participant, so that it is identical to the registrant payer. Payment should be made within the due date. Participants must send a copy of the bank remittance receipt with their name to the ACOH 2023 Secretariat. All bank charges must be paid in addition to the registration fee. Any unpaid bank charges will be requested on site for payment. Sending and receiving banking fees must be paid by sender.
