How to Get to Daegu

Daegu is easily accessible through 3 airports: Incheon International Airport, Daegu International Airport and Gimhae International Airport.

Information

  • If you want to take a train, you can use the Airport Railroad to get Seoul station from the Incheon International Airport. After that, you can take the train (KTX) to get Daegu.

  • When you use the Airport Railroad, You can choose either Express (Non-stop) or All stop. (Fares are specified below.)

  • You can go to the platform through the entrance on the B1 floor (Airport Railroad)

Bus Reservation

  • If you cannot find a Dongdaeugu Station on the reservation site, try East Daegu.

  • You can take a bus at the circled area (B1).

Bus Reservation

  • When making a reservation, set the departure point as ‘Gimhaeairport’. (Not Gimhae international airport)

  • If you cannot find a Dongdaeugu Station on the reservation site, try East Daegu.

  • If you did not make a reservation, you can buy a ticket directly on the spot. (If there are any empty seats left)

  • You can take a bus at the circled area
KTX (Train)
Gupo Station ( Gimhae International Airport ) → Dongdaegu Station (60m. By KTX)

Airport Station (Light Rail Train) → Daejeo Station (Transfer to Line 3) → Gupo subway station → Go out of Exit 3 and walk → Gupo train station → Dongdaegu Station

1. Get out of the Airport (1F) and cross the road. If you walk to the right after that, you will find the airport station (Light Rail Train).

2. Take the LRT (Kaya Univ. direction) and transfer to the line 3 (Suyeong direction) at the Daejeo Station. (3 stops from the Airport.) 3. Go three more stops after the transfer. 4. Get off at Gupo Subway Station through Exit 3. Gupo Train Station is about 4 minutes walk from there.

You can see the sign of Gupo Station when you come out of Exit 3.

Take the train, and it will take about 60 minutes to get to Dongdaegu Station.
